So I decided to become a dentist because one, I enjoy helping people. I enjoy trying to help them get from maybe a situation or problem in their life to maybe a better stage. I love listening to them. Two, I have a mechanical background so I always enjoy working with my hands. I’ve done that from an early age to a lot of construction, metal fabrication, things like that. So I’ve really enjoyed working with my hands. And so I searched for some sort of employment or direction or career that could complement the two of them. I could still talk with people, visit with people, but also at the same time use the skill set that I kind of developed from an early age. So I found dentistry was a good way that I could do that. I could use the techniques and things I had employed by working with my hands, but also be able to relate to and help people. The most rewarding part, I would say, is the reaction that people develop after you’ve helped them overcome some sort of situation. Whether that be with their teeth or with their overall health or maybe they just need someone to listen to. And helping them kind of deal with that and be able to accomplish or overcome it and seeing the joy they can experience from those things is very rewarding to me.

Dr. Jesse McHale loves to connect with and get to know his patients. He brings a wide range of experience to the conversation, having worked on a pit crew in college, owned and operated a landscaping business, and completed 24-hour endurance races. His passion for delivering exceptional care comes from his dedication to pursuing excellence in everything he does.
Dr. McHale was born and raised in Southern California. He earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Utah Valley University, where he also tutored students in chemistry, biology, and physics. He went on to excel in his advanced training, graduating from one of the top clinically ranked dental schools in the United States – the Midwestern University School of Dentistry in Glendale, AZ.
Beyond dentistry, Dr. McHale is a man of faith and a family man. He served a two-year voluntary service mission in CeBu, Philippines and continues to serve in an active role in his church. He loves spending time with his wife and two daughters while going golfing, hiking, or playing tennis. He’s also passionate about the outdoors – riding dirt bikes, mountain bikes, jet skis, and just about anything that’s fast and fun.
