You’ll experience many benefits by straightening teeth with  ClearCorrect orthodontics. However, not everyone is a candidate for this treatment. During your first appointment:

• Dr. Stanfield will examine your mouth to determine if this is the best option for you. He’ll also take the time to address oral health concerns such as cavities, gum disease, and other issues.
• He’ll use an intraoral camera to show you the inside of your mouth. If he finds that you are a candidate for ClearCorrect, he will use this equipment to take digital scans of your teeth that will be used to create your custom aligners.
• You can also use this time to understand your payment options and arrange for third-party financing if necessary.
• Dr. Stanfield can also work with you on a treatment plan that combines orthodontic treatment with other cosmetic services like teeth whitening or veneers.

Once your aligners are ready, you’ll return to begin your treatment. You’ll need to wear them about 22 hours a day for about two to three weeks before moving on to the next set. You’ll also occasionally come in for progress checks to ensure everything is going well. You’ll see results in about 12 to 18 months!
